Galvanised Steel sliding doors are often the preferred choice of door with livestock
and equestrian buildings. They are easier and safer to use than swing gates. They are
stronger than roller shutter doors so can provide more security.

We make steel framed sliding doors which can be clad in steel or timber. We can incorporate clear polycarbonate sheets to allow light to enter the building.
(Extra light at doorways is always particularly useful).
When doors are fixed on the outside of the building, the door gear is protected against the weather using a powder coated steel door hood.

We stock a range of top hung sliding door components which are designed for a maximum door weight of 400kg.

Personnel Doors
Doors are supplied ready hung in a steel frame. The size given is the overall frame size. Add 10mm when making the structural opening. The doors feature multi point locking operated by a Euro cylinder (four keys supplied). Doors and frames are finished ready painted in a grey epoxy paint. We also stock steel personnel doors with a toughened glass panel in the top half.
